One golf simulator for events of every kind. Tell us which and we will quote it.

The problem

Most events end with everyone on their phones

The corporate party feels compulsory. The wedding needs more than a playlist. The birthday runs out of momentum by nine. Nobody sets out to host a night people forget on the drive home, but a room with nothing to do in it gets there on its own.

A real golf simulator. At your venue. Run by us.

We bring tour-grade kit to your room, set it up, and stay to run it. Scratch golfers get a course they respect. Everyone else gets a screen that makes them look better than they are, which is the part that keeps a queue going all night.

  • Indoor or outdoor

Projector inside, TV outside so glare never wins.

  • Fun for non-golfers

Most of our guests have never held a club.

  • We bring everything

    Clubs, balls, netting, screen, host.

The white-glove part

You book a date. That's the last thing you do.

Five steps, and you're only involved in the first one.

01

You send us a date

Date, venue and rough guest count. We check availability in that market and come back with a real quote, usually the same day.

02

You confirm it fits

Measure the room against the footprint: roughly 15ft wide by 18ft deep with 10ft of height. Making sure the space works is on you, but send the dimensions over and we will give you a straight answer.

03

We deliver and set up

Full professional setup and calibration in under an hour. Indoors we run a projector and impact screen; outdoors we use a TV, because daylight glare kills a projected image.

04

We run your event

Add an attendant and someone stays the whole time, handling the tech, teaching first-timers, keeping the rotation moving so nobody hogs it.

05

We clear out, then you pay

Complete breakdown and removal, the room goes back how you found it. Payment is collected on the day, after setup. Never before.

Questions people actually ask

How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?

Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.

How long does setup take?

Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.

How long can I rent the simulator for?

Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.

What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?

Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes, with one important difference: outdoor events use a TV rather than a projector and screen, because daylight glare makes a projected image unusable. Indoors we use the full projector and impact screen setup.

What happens if the weather turns?

We adjust the setup, move indoors, or reschedule where that is possible. If none of those work, you get a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Since you have not paid upfront, you are not chasing us for money.
