What we've learned working here
New England is the mirror image of Arizona. The courses close somewhere around November and do not reopen until April, and that is exactly when the calendar fills, holiday parties, winter conferences, the long grey stretch when nobody can get outside. Summer is our quiet season here, which is when weddings and company outings take over. Boston venues are older and tighter than most, so ceiling height is the first thing we ask about.

Exactly how a Boston booking runs, start to finish.

We check your space
Ceiling height, loading access, power. The full event footprint is about 15ft wide by 18ft deep by 10ft high. If it will not fit, we tell you before you book.

We deliver and set up
Professional setup and calibration in under an hour. Indoors we run a projector and impact screen; outdoors we use a TV, because daylight glare kills a projected image.

We run it, then clear out
Optional attendant stays for the full event. Afterwards we break down and remove everything, and you pay on the day, never before.
The Boston problem
The holiday party everyone has to attend
November through March, every company in the city books the same evening: a function room, a bar, and a couple of hours people leave as early as politeness allows. Meanwhile the courses have been shut since autumn.

A simulator turns the obligatory hour into the part people talk about in January. We handle the load-in, including the historic rooms with stair-only access, and we confirm the ceiling height before your date rather than on it.

Golf simulator rental in Boston, your questions
Will a simulator fit in a historic Boston venue?
Sometimes, and this is the question worth asking early. We need about 15ft wide by 18ft deep by 10ft high for the full footprint. A lot of Boston's historic rooms have gorgeous but low ceilings, or stair-only access with no service elevator. Send us the venue name and the room dimensions. Checking the space works is on you, but we will give you a straight answer on whether those numbers fit.
When is the busiest time to book in Boston?
November through March, heavily. Corporate holiday party season in particular is our most contested window in New England, if you want a December date in Boston, book it by early autumn. Ironically, summer is our quietest season here, so a July event is easy to place.
Do you cover Cambridge and the surrounding towns?
Yes. Cambridge, Somerville, Quincy, Newton and Worcester are all regular service areas, alongside Boston proper. We also cover Providence and the rest of Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
Can you load into a Seaport building in winter?
Yes, and the Seaport is genuinely one of the easier parts of the city for us, modern buildings, proper freight elevators, real loading docks. Winter weather is not an obstacle; we build the load-in time into the schedule and set up indoors regardless.
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
