Scottsdale is where this business started. We know the resorts, the private hangars, and which ballrooms have the ceiling height before we arrive.

We are based in Scottsdale, so most of the Valley is a short run and travel barely registers in a quote. Outside the metro it becomes a real line item, and we would rather show you where you sit on that map than surprise you with it later.

Every city below is somewhere we actually work. If yours is not listed, ask anyway. The honest answer is usually yes with a travel figure attached, and occasionally no, which we will also tell you.

Big East Valley corporate and community events. Plenty of venues with the ceiling height we want, and easy loading.

Tech-corridor offices and corporate parks. Weeknight company events are the pattern here more than weekends.

Heavily residential. Backyard graduations and milestone birthdays, with shade as the deciding factor from May onward.

Tempe

ASU-adjacent. Student events, alumni functions and brand activations, and the calendar spikes hard around graduation.

Stadium-district events and West Valley corporate. Large-format spaces, so a second setup is often worth it.

Peoria

Spring training territory. February and March book out early here for exactly that reason.

Surprise

Retirement communities and clubhouse events. Daytime bookings run more often than evenings.

Avondale

West Valley corporate and motorsport-adjacent events. Straightforward venues, generous parking.

Newer venues with modern loading access, which makes setup faster than the drive suggests.

Furthest regular West Valley run. Worth batching with another Goodyear or Avondale booking the same day.

Casa Grande

Between Phoenix and Tucson. We cover it, and travel is quoted honestly rather than buried.

Prescott

Cooler than the Valley, so outdoor setups stay comfortable through summer when Phoenix cannot.

Flagstaff

Mountain venues and a genuinely different climate. Summer is the strong season here, the inverse of the Valley.

Do you charge extra to travel outside Phoenix?

Travel is built into the quote rather than added as a separate surprise line. Inside the 101 and 202 loops it barely moves the number. Tucson, Flagstaff and Prescott are full-day commitments and priced accordingly. We tell you the figure upfront, before you decide.

Which Arizona city should I pick for my event page?

Pick the one nearest your venue. Phoenix and Scottsdale have their own detailed pages because that is where most of our work happens; everywhere else on this page is served from the same Scottsdale base by the same crew.

Do you cover the whole state or just the Phoenix metro?

Statewide. The Valley is where we are busiest, but we regularly work Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott and Casa Grande. The only real constraint outside the metro is that longer runs usually need to be a full-day booking to make sense for both of us.

Is summer a bad time to book in Arizona?

For outdoor daytime events in the Valley, yes, and we will say so. Indoors it makes no difference at all, and summer is genuinely easier to book. The higher-elevation cities like Flagstaff and Prescott stay comfortable outdoors when Phoenix does not.
