Send us your Chicago date
Date, venue and rough guest count. We check availability for Chicago and come back with a real quote, usually the same day.

We open in Chicago on November 1st, and the calendar is open now. Same crew, same tour-grade kit, same rule: nothing to pay until the day of your event.
Date, venue, rough guest count. We'll confirm availability and send a real quote, usually same day.
Opening November 1st
The trailer is built, the crew is hired, and the first Chicago calendar is open. We are taking bookings now for dates from November onward, which means the pick of the winter season is currently sitting unclaimed.
One crew, one calendar. We run a single setup per slot, so December fills first and it fills fast, in Phoenix and Boston the holiday weeks are gone by early autumn. Chicago will not be different, it will just be earlier to the party.
Doors open
50
days to launch
First bookings run from opening night. The calendar is live now.
Our valued clients

One golf simulator for events of every kind. Tell us which and we will quote it.
Chicago winters do to golf what New England winters do, only louder. From November there is nowhere to play outdoors and the corporate calendar is only just getting going: holiday parties in the Loop, client nights in River North, and four straight months where the warmest room in the building is the one everybody wants to be in. We open November 1st and we are filling that first season now.

How it works
Exactly how a Chicago booking runs, start to finish.
Date, venue and rough guest count. We check availability for Chicago and come back with a real quote, usually the same day.

Ceiling height, loading access, power. The full event footprint is about 15ft wide by 18ft deep by 10ft high. If it will not fit, we tell you before you book.

Professional setup and calibration in under an hour. Indoors we run a projector and impact screen; outdoors we use a TV, because daylight glare kills a projected image.

Optional attendant stays for the full event. Afterwards we break down and remove everything, and you pay on the day, never before.

The Chicago problem
From October the season is over and the corporate calendar is just beginning. Holiday parties in the Loop, client events in River North, and a long stretch where the best room in the building is whichever one is warm and has something happening in it.

We open in Chicago on November 1st with the same crew model and the same tour-grade kit running in Arizona and New England. The founding season calendar is open now, and nothing is collected until the day of your event.
Indoor or outdoor
Projector inside, TV outside so glare never wins.
Fun for non-golfers
Most of our guests have never held a club.
We bring everything
Clubs, balls, netting, screen, host.
The Loop and Streeterville. Holiday party season is what we are building the Chicago calendar around.
River North and Fulton Market. Winter all-hands and client events.
West Loop and Fulton Market converted spaces, which tend to have the clearance we want.

Every Chicago booking arrives with the whole kit and a crew who knows how to run it. Nothing for you to hire, source or set up.

Answers
We are opening in Chicago and taking bookings now for the winter season. Same crew model, same equipment, same zero-upfront terms as Arizona and New England. What we do not have yet is a local phone number or a published service radius, so rather than guess, tell us your date and venue and we will confirm directly.
October through March. Once the weather turns, a simulator becomes the most popular thing in the building, holiday parties, winter conferences, and the long stretch when nobody is playing outside. Those are the dates we are prioritising for the launch.
We are starting with downtown and the surrounding neighbourhoods, the Loop, River North, West Loop, Fulton Market and Streeterville. The wider radius is being finalised. If you are outside that core, ask anyway; early bookings help us shape the coverage.
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
