We check your space
Ceiling height, loading access, power. The full event footprint is about 15ft wide by 18ft deep by 10ft high. If it will not fit, we tell you before you book.

We deliver and set up
Professional setup and calibration in under an hour. Indoors we run a projector and impact screen; outdoors we use a TV, because daylight glare kills a projected image.

We run it, then clear out
Optional attendant stays for the full event. Afterwards we break down and remove everything, and you pay on the day, never before.

Have you worked Scottsdale resorts before?
Yes. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is one of our regular venues, along with Scottsdale Private Airport, The Vault and Barstool Scottsdale. For the resorts specifically we already know the loading routes and ballroom clearances, which removes most of the day-of risk.
Can you set up in a Paradise Valley backyard?
Regularly. The two things that decide it are overhead clearance and whether the surface is level enough, not lot size. Send a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly. If you are in an HOA with amplified-sound rules, worth flagging: the simulator itself is quiet, but the crowd around it is not.
Do you do private hangar events?
Yes. Scottsdale Private Airport is one of our favourite rooms to work, the clearance is unlimited, the floor is hard and flat, and the aircraft make a better backdrop than anything we could bring. Loading is straightforward.
How far ahead should I book for February?
As far ahead as you can. February in Scottsdale is the single most contested month in our calendar because of the Open and spring training. Dates in that window routinely go three to six months out.
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
