What we've learned working here

We are based in Narragansett, so Rhode Island is home turf. Providence, Warwick, and the Newport wedding circuit are all inside an easy radius. Newport coastal weddings are the signature booking here: cocktail hour runs long while photos happen, and a simulator gives the guests who are not drinking something to do.

How it works

Four steps, and you're only in the first one

Exactly how a Providence booking runs, start to finish.

01

Send us your Providence date

Date, venue and rough guest count. We check availability for Providence and come back with a real quote, usually the same day.

02

We check your space

Ceiling height, loading access, power. The full event footprint is about 15ft wide by 18ft deep by 10ft high. If it will not fit, we tell you before you book.

03

We deliver and set up

Professional setup and calibration in under an hour. Indoors we run a projector and impact screen; outdoors we use a TV, because daylight glare kills a projected image.

04

We run it, then clear out

Optional attendant stays for the full event. Afterwards we break down and remove everything, and you pay on the day, never before.

The Rhode Island problem

Cocktail hour is the dead hour

The ceremony ends, the couple leaves for photographs along the coast, and a hundred guests stand in a room with a drink and each other for ninety minutes. It is the weakest stretch of an otherwise perfect day.

Fill it with something they remember

We are based in Narragansett, so the Newport circuit is the shortest drive we make. We set up, run it through cocktail hour, and pack down before the reception starts. Estate venues with vendor requirements we handle directly.

  • Indoor or outdoor

Projector inside, TV outside so glare never wins.

  • Fun for non-golfers

Most of our guests have never held a club.

  • We bring everything

    Clubs, balls, netting, screen, host.

The rooms we actually work

Coastal wedding venues

Newport and the South County shoreline. Cocktail hour runs long while photos happen, that is the gap we fill.

Mansions & estates

Newport's estate venues have strict rules about what can be brought in and where. We work to their vendor requirements.

Tented outdoor events

Common along the coast in summer. Tented setups use a TV rather than a projector because of daylight glare.

Downtown corporate

Downcity Providence offices and hotels, mostly in the winter months.

Golf simulator rental in Providence, your questions

Do you cover Newport weddings?

Newport is one of our most-requested bookings. The pattern is consistent: the ceremony ends, the couple disappears for photographs, and a hundred guests stand around for ninety minutes. A simulator fills exactly that gap, and it pulls in the guests who are not dancers and not drinkers. Several Newport estate venues have specific vendor requirements, tell us which venue and we will handle that side.

Are you actually based in Rhode Island?

Yes. Our New England base is in Narragansett, which makes Rhode Island the shortest drive we make. That matters for two reasons: travel is a smaller component of your quote, and we have more flexibility on setup timing than a vendor coming down from Boston.

Do you serve Connecticut?

Yes. Connecticut has its own service area page covering Hartford, New Haven, Stamford and the shoreline. Connecticut sits alongside Massachusetts and Rhode Island in our New England coverage. To be clear about what we do not cover: we do not currently serve New Hampshire, Vermont or Maine.

Can you set up under a tent for a coastal event?

Yes, with one adjustment. Tented and outdoor daytime setups use a TV instead of the projector and impact screen, because daylight glare makes a projected image unusable. Everything else is the same. Worth checking your tent has about 10ft of clearance at the setup point.

How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?

Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.

How long does setup take?

Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.

How long can I rent the simulator for?

Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
