What we've learned working here
Phoenix runs backwards from the rest of the country. June through September the course is a punishment and the demand moves indoors, ballrooms, offices, shaded patios. Then the calendar flips: snowbirds land, corporate retreat season opens, and the stretch around the Waste Management Open and spring training is the busiest fortnight we work all year. Book the February window early; it goes first.

Exactly how a Phoenix booking runs, start to finish.

We check your space
Ceiling height, loading access, power. The full event footprint is about 15ft wide by 18ft deep by 10ft high. If it will not fit, we tell you before you book.

We deliver and set up
Professional setup and calibration in under an hour. Indoors we run a projector and impact screen; outdoors we use a TV, because daylight glare kills a projected image.

We run it, then clear out
Optional attendant stays for the full event. Afterwards we break down and remove everything, and you pay on the day, never before.
The Phoenix problem
Half the year, outside is not an option
From May to September the Valley empties out of every outdoor plan on the calendar. Corporate golf days get cancelled, backyard parties last an hour, and the fallback is another ballroom with a bar in it and nothing for anyone to do.
So we bring the course indoors
A tour-grade simulator in an air-conditioned room plays better than a real round in 110°F. We deliver it to your Phoenix venue, set it up in under an hour, and run it so nobody on your team has to.

The Valley has more ballroom capacity than almost anywhere its size. Ceiling height is rarely the problem here, loading access usually is.

Shade or a covered patio is the deciding factor from May through September, not yard size.

Can you set up outdoors in Phoenix in the summer?
Yes, but read this first. From roughly May through September we strongly recommend indoors or a genuinely shaded patio. Outdoor daytime setups use a TV rather than a projector because glare makes a projected image unusable, and standing on an unshaded patio in 110°F is not the experience you are paying for. Most summer bookings we run in the Valley are indoors.
Do you cover events during Waste Management Open week?
We do, and it is the single busiest week of our year. If your event falls in that early-February window around the Open and spring training, book as far ahead as you can, those dates are usually gone months in advance.
Which Phoenix-area cities do you serve?
Phoenix proper plus Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear and Buckeye, and we regularly run events in Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert. We also travel to Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott and Casa Grande, travel is built into the quote.
Will it fit in a Phoenix hotel ballroom?
Almost always. The full event footprint is about 15ft wide by 18ft deep by 10ft high, and Valley ballrooms are typically built well above that. The thing worth checking early is loading access and whether there is a service elevator, not the room itself.
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
