Trade Show Golf Simulator Rental
A pop up golf simulator in your booth stops foot traffic and holds it long enough for a conversation. We deliver, set up around your booth footprint, staff it for the show, and remove it. Multi-day show rates available.

Stop being another booth that people walk past. The problem with a trade show floor is not that people do not see your booth, it is that they have no reason to stop at it. A simulator gives them one, and it holds them in place for the two minutes your team needs.
We worked a Ford activation at an LPGA tournament, and the pattern is consistent: the line becomes the attraction. People queue, and while they queue they talk to your staff.
We can staff it entirely so your team stays free to sell, or hand it over to your people with a walkthrough.
Who this isn't for
We would rather tell you now than turn up and not fit.
- Booths under 10 by 10 with no adjacent aisle space. The swing arc needs genuine clearance and a crowded booth becomes a safety problem.
- Shows where your booth has a hard ceiling under 9 feet.

Questions people actually ask
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?
Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, with one important difference: outdoor events use a TV rather than a projector and screen, because daylight glare makes a projected image unusable. Indoors we use the full projector and impact screen setup.
