Golf Simulator Rental for Corporate Events
We deliver a golf simulator for events to your corporate venue, set it up in under an hour, staff it with an attendant for the full event, and remove it afterward. Pricing depends on duration, location, and guest count. No payment is taken until the day of your event.

When your corporate event needs to make an impression, the entertainment is the part people actually remember. A simulator draws a crowd the way a bar does, except it gives people something to talk about afterward, and it works just as well for the executives who golf every weekend as for the people who have never held a club.
From intimate executive gatherings to trade shows with 1,000+ guests, we bring the full experience to your venue and handle every detail. Your event team does not touch a cable.
We have run events at private aviation hangars, resort ballrooms, downtown conference floors, and a Ford activation at an LPGA tournament. We arrive knowing what to ask about loading access and ceiling height, because we have been turned away by a doorway before and learned from it.
Who this isn't for
We would rather tell you now than turn up and not fit.
- Events with under 8 feet of ceiling clearance, the ball needs room and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Outdoor daytime events with no shade option. We can run a TV setup outdoors, but direct desert sun on a screen is a bad experience and we will tell you so.
- Same-week bookings during Q4 or the Phoenix Open window. Those dates go months out.

Answers
Questions people actually ask
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?
Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, with one important difference: outdoor events use a TV rather than a projector and screen, because daylight glare makes a projected image unusable. Indoors we use the full projector and impact screen setup.
