Trade Shows Golf Simulator Rental in Boston
A golf simulator in your Boston booth stops foot traffic and holds it long enough for a conversation. We deliver, set up around your footprint, staff it for the show and remove it. Multi-day rates available. $700 minimum setup.

Boston's conference calendar is dense through the winter, and the problem on every show floor is the same: people see your booth and keep walking. A simulator gives them a reason to stop, and the queue itself becomes the attraction.
We worked a Ford brand activation at an LPGA tournament, and the pattern repeats at every show, people wait for a turn, and while they wait they talk to your team.
We can staff it entirely so your people stay free to sell, or hand it over with a walkthrough. For multi-day shows we come back each morning to recalibrate.
Local note, Boston
New England is the mirror image of Arizona. The courses close somewhere around November and do not reopen until April, and that is exactly when the calendar fills, holiday parties, winter conferences, the long grey stretch when nobody can get outside. Summer is our quiet season here, which is when weddings and company outings take over. Boston venues are older and tighter than most, so ceiling height is the first thing we ask about.
Who this isn't for
We would rather tell you now than turn up and not fit.
- Booths under 10 by 10 with no adjacent aisle space. The swing arc needs genuine clearance and a crowded booth becomes a safety problem.
- Shows where your booth has a hard ceiling under 9 feet.
Answers
Trade Shows in Boston, common questions
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?
Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.
