Weddings Golf Simulator Rental in Chicago
We are taking Chicago wedding bookings now for the coming season. A simulator fills the cocktail-hour gap while photographs are taken. We deliver, set up, host and remove it. No upfront payment; $700 minimum setup.
Chicago weddings are indoor affairs for most of the year, which suits the full projector and impact screen setup, a considerably better image than the TV we run outdoors.
West Loop and Fulton Market converted spaces tend to have the clearance we want. Older downtown hotel ballrooms usually do too. The rooms worth checking early are the intimate ones with low ceilings.
As a new market we have more availability than our established ones, so short-notice dates are realistic in a way they are not in Phoenix in February.
Local note, Chicago
Chicago winters do to golf what New England winters do, only louder. From November there is nowhere to play outdoors and the corporate calendar is only just getting going: holiday parties in the Loop, client nights in River North, and four straight months where the warmest room in the building is the one everybody wants to be in. We open November 1st and we are filling that first season now.

We would rather tell you now than turn up and not fit.
- Receptions where the room is already at capacity, the setup needs roughly 15 by 18 feet and it should not crowd the dance floor.
- Couples who want it running during dinner service. It competes with the toasts; cocktail hour is the right slot.

How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?
Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.
