Bar Promotions Golf Simulator Rental in Phoenix
A golf simulator turns a dead weeknight into a reason to come in. We deliver and set up on your Phoenix floor, run the promotion and clear out. One-off nights, recurring weeknights, or a multi-week trial. $700 minimum setup, collected on the day.

Phoenix bars have a summer problem that most markets do not: patios are unusable for months, and the floor space that carries the business in March sits empty in July. An indoor draw is worth more here in the off-season than the peak.
The mechanic is the same as a good trivia night, except the average check runs higher because people stay while they wait for a turn.
If a trial works and you want one built in permanently, our sister company Pinnacle Golf Builds does exactly that, we will hand you over rather than sell you a rental you no longer need.
Local note, Phoenix
Phoenix runs backwards from the rest of the country. June through September the course is a punishment and the demand moves indoors, ballrooms, offices, shaded patios. Then the calendar flips: snowbirds land, corporate retreat season opens, and the stretch around the Waste Management Open and spring training is the busiest fortnight we work all year. Book the February window early; it goes first.
Who this isn't for
We would rather tell you now than turn up and not fit.
- Floor plans where the setup would block an egress route. Check the layout before booking.
- Venues wanting a permanent install, that is a Pinnacle Golf Builds job, not a rental.
Answers
Bar Promotions in Phoenix, common questions
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?
Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.
