Corporate Events Golf Simulator Rental in Phoenix
We deliver a tour-grade golf simulator to your Phoenix venue, set it up in under an hour, staff it for the event and remove it afterwards. Most Valley bookings run indoors, ballrooms, offices, shaded patios. Minimum setup is $700, collected on the day, never in advance.

Phoenix corporate season is the inverse of everywhere else. From October the Valley fills with retreats, client appreciation nights and offsites that would be miserable outdoors two months earlier, and a simulator is the thing that keeps people in the room instead of drifting to the bar.
The Valley has more ballroom capacity than almost any metro its size, which means ceiling height is rarely the constraint here. Loading access usually is. We confirm the dock and the service elevator before the day rather than discovering them on it.
We have run activations at the Phoenix Convention Center and corporate nights across the Biltmore and Desert Ridge corridors. For the February window around the Waste Management Open, book months out, that fortnight is the most contested in our year.
Local note, Phoenix
Phoenix runs backwards from the rest of the country. June through September the course is a punishment and the demand moves indoors, ballrooms, offices, shaded patios. Then the calendar flips: snowbirds land, corporate retreat season opens, and the stretch around the Waste Management Open and spring training is the busiest fortnight we work all year. Book the February window early; it goes first.
Who this isn't for
We would rather tell you now than turn up and not fit.
- Events with under 8 feet of ceiling clearance, the ball needs room and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Outdoor daytime events with no shade option. We can run a TV setup outdoors, but direct desert sun on a screen is a bad experience and we will tell you so.
- Same-week bookings during Q4 or the Phoenix Open window. Those dates go months out.
Answers
Corporate Events in Phoenix, common questions
How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental?
Plan for roughly 15 feet wide by 18 feet deep by 10 feet high for the full event footprint. The impact screen itself is 12 feet wide by 9 feet tall and needs about 12 feet of depth for the hitting mat and swing area, but the full footprint includes room for the people watching. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
No. No upfront payment is required. We only take payment on the day of your event, when we arrive to set up. If something goes wrong on our end, you have not paid for anything.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour in most venues. We handle delivery, professional setup, calibration, and complete breakdown after the event. Your team does not need to do anything or be involved.
How long can I rent the simulator for?
Anywhere from one hour to multiple days in a row. Pricing is built around duration, location, and how many people will be using it, so a two-hour cocktail hour and a three-day trade show are quoted very differently.
What does it cost to rent a golf simulator?
Our minimum setup is $700, and most events land above it. From there every event is quoted individually, because the variables genuinely change the price, how long you need it, how far we travel, how many guests, and whether you want an attendant. If your budget is under $700 we are not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that now.
